We heard a very loud squeaking noise coming from a tire. They got us in same day and were able to fix it very quickly also taking care of our inspection since it was due. We've always had great service here and definitely recommend.

They managed to expedite my visit and outlined what the issue with my car was, ranked what needed to be fixed based on priority, and printed me a sheet so that I can have the repairs done in segments. They were very honest in their practice and emphasized that while the repairs needed looked intimidating they weren’t too urgent. They told me what they recommended done first and the best way to go about it. Genuinely a wonderful team of people there and I would recommend them. Even their customer service and how they managed agitated customers was professional.

I came with car issues to Firestone on East Ridge Rd in Rochester, wasn't really sure what was going on. The front end guys were very nice. Even offered advice on ways to pay minimal. Communication was clear and consistent. I would refer anyone to them. Oh and my car is driving great!

Brought car in and explained a vibration under driver's side floor that was noticeable at 45mph. Received call 1 hour later by service manager that after test driving the car it was recommended that the front brake pads and rotors (which were low) are causing the vibration. I reaffirmed if this will fix the vibration. He said yes! I said, I don't want the brakes repaired if it won't fix the vibration. He said we will test the car after the repair to be sure, but that this will fix the problem. I picked up the car at the end of the day and as soon as I hit 45mph - there was the same vibration.

Having worked in my own cars for years I was impressed by the technician’s care with each tire and rim he worked on. His proficiency with checking the foot pounds of each lug nut and the care he took with the car. I don’t see that in many shops. First time here. Won’t be the last.
